The Burial of Brownie Patterson

Brownie was very old, maybe even 30 years old. My husband Sky Patterson rode him in a movie, he was also well loved and cared for on Stieler Ranch in his later years. He spent the last couple of years occasionally rounding up Kits cattle with Sky still on his back. Yesterday January 29th, 2013 our niece Brylee spotted Brownie in a field. When my mother in law Becky Patterson called the horse undertaker, he was gentle and carried brownie to a field, buried him, and then pulled out his accordion. It was an impromptu gravesite memorial and it was perfect.
Rest in Peace dear friend Brownie. You definitely had a wonderful life.
